How do engagements typically work?

It depends on where you are. Some clients need a one-time audit to understand what's broken. Others want ongoing support through an implementation. We usually start with a scoping call to figure out what makes sense, then propose a specific engagement with clear deliverables.

What industries do you work with?

Any brand selling physical products through multiple channels. The underlying problems are the same whether you're in apparel, consumer electronics, food and beverage, or home goods. If you have product data that needs to reach retail endpoints, we've worked with something similar.

How long does a typical project take?

An audit or assessment is usually 2-4 weeks. A system evaluation or vendor selection runs 4-8 weeks depending on how many platforms you're comparing. Implementation support varies by scope but typically runs 2-6 months.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. Most of our work involves systems that are already in place. We're not trying to rip and replace your stack. We evaluate what you have, identify what's working and what isn't, and figure out the least disruptive path to where you need to be.

What if we just need help with one specific thing?

That's fine. Not every engagement needs to be a full assessment. If you have a specific integration that's broken, a syndication pipeline that's stalling, or a PIM configuration that's not working, we can scope to that.
