Privacy.

This covers two things: the informational site at n4mation.digital, and the working demo at demo.n4mation.digital, which asks for an email address before it lets you in.

Using this website

n4mation.digital has no contact forms, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies. Fonts and brand assets load from the site itself.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes routine request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and operate the website.

Getting in touch

If you email N4mation Digital, your email address and anything you include in your message are used to respond and discuss your inquiry. Please share only what is relevant to the conversation.

The demo

The demo at demo.n4mation.digital sits behind a form that asks for your email address. When you submit it, I store the address and the time of the request, and send you a link to the demo that is yours alone. I keep a record of when that link is first opened, how many times it is opened, and which pages of the demo guide and storefront are viewed afterwards. I use this to see whether the demo was useful and to follow up once; I may email you a single time about it. The address is not added to any mailing list, and nothing is shared with or sold to anyone else.

To connect those page views to your request, opening your link sets one cookie on demo.n4mation.digital. It holds a random code, not your email address, is sent only to that site, and expires after thirty days. The demo login itself also sets the session cookies the underlying software needs to keep you signed in. Neither is used for advertising, and no third-party scripts run on the demo.

This information lives in the demo's own database on a server I run on Google Cloud. Your link signs you into a read-only demo account created for you; it carries a random name rather than your email, and it cannot see this record. I keep it until the demo is retired or you ask me to remove it, whichever comes first. A request whose link is never opened is deleted automatically twelve months after it was made, along with its account, and an account that goes unused for twelve months is switched off.

Questions and deletion

For questions about your information, or to have your demo record or any correspondence deleted, email contact@n4mation.digital. Deletion requests are handled within a few days.
